I'm sitting on my back porch having tea with my girlfriend when she just shakes her head and giggles. What's so funny I ask? Look at all the wildlife you have here. You have wild birds, squirrels ,chipmunks and deer lining up and sitting in the bushes. It looks like they're waiting for dinner! You're right I say as I grab the wild bird seed mix .What makes up that wild bird seed mix she asks? Well, it's made up of sunflower seeds,safflower seeds, red and white millet and I mix in a little thistle seed. That satisfies and attracts most of the wild birds we have in the yard. Other wild bird seed mixes contain fruits and nuts, but I buy the suet that has that in it for the woodpeckers,titmouse and chickadees.And the deer? Well they will raid the feeders also.No one gets left out.Okay she replies, what's for snack? Probably mealy worms. No! Not for them ,for us? Oops.
